Wi-Fi信号一般，洗澡的水也是时冷时热，在网上的图片也和实际不一样！服务不错，工作人员非常有耐心！

A stunning villa with an incredible view! We were only here for one night but would happily have stayed the whole week we were in El Nido! The service is fantastic and it is overall a very special place to stay - the viewpoint from the restaurant is particularly impressive. Highly recommend !

With the reviews and pictures, we had very high expectations. The start of our trip was unexpected. We arrived to Karuna to find out that Airbnb double booked the space. Luckily Remy noticed just before we arrived and accommodated us by booking us into another hotel close by. We are very thankful for this because we would have definitely been more stressed if we had no where to stay and had to look. ** Next day we were able to stay at the Karuna. We had booked for Studio 1 but there was someone still in it so they “hooked us up” with Studio 4. Not sure whether it was better or not since we didn’t get to see Studio 1, but at least we still got a beautiful ocean view. For our experience in Studio 4, there was still construction going on upstairs so we could hear all the noises and unfortunately smell the fumes from whether is was paint thinner or glue, especially if we were outside. Overall though, we do recommend Karuna El Nido. There are always going to be pros with cons, such as it’s a steep/far walk up or down, but they do accommodate a cell phone where you can call for a ride up or down, there is delivery and they bring it up. Internet isn’t that great, but that’s why you are on vacation anyways. And if they can’t hear you on the cellphone, someone runs up to take your order. Maybe just inquire that there is not any construction close to the studio you are staying at. ** Due to the error by Airbnb, we found out Airbnb overcharges. Room charge by Karuna each night:$300 / Airbnb:$398.57 Service charge by Karuna:$36 / Airbnb:$205.66 Realistically, you are on vacation. One doesn’t want to use internet or have to go through the hassle of contacting Airbnb for their mistake. There shouldn’t be any over booking mistakes to begin with if we are getting charged a “service fee”.

It is a very great location if you want to stay outside but still close to town. Room service (food) is non existent. If you want food, you have to go down (they are up on a hill) and go to the restaurants or they will order food for you but it will take an hour. The room is very nice though, but there are ants everywhere (pretty common in El Nido). We booked the studio and it had a great view of the ocean.
