The location is great. Since it is close to the night life area and night market. So it is worth the money. Hot water was not available in my washroom, seems like the heater was no working properly. Since I stayed only for a day, I did not complain about it. It is quite hard to get inside the building and outside, since you always need to take the help of a person to access

The room was clean and comfortable with three big windows making it very bright and airy. The cafe downstairs served nice coffee in the morning and food. On the street outside there are lots of bars and restaurants :)

I had a great stay here! Loved the big windows and the view from my room. The stuff was very kind and helpfull. The place was clean and they have a pretty coffee downstairs. Great location aswell close to the Mekong River and lots of reataurants and bars that open in the evening along the river. I recommend this place!
