my girlfriend and I enjoyed a peaceful 6 nights at this home. it’s really well placed in the centre of St Davids, good signal, good restaurants, shop options, sites to see and relaxing walks, do recommend!

This warm, cosy, welcoming cottage was furnished, equipped, heated and lit to a high standard by someone with, in my opinion, good taste. Each room - kitchen, lounge, bedroom and bathroom - was just as you'd want it to be. The garden looked lovely for the warmer months. The cottage is within very short walks of a number of pleasant eating places. I ate at The Farmers, The Bishops, St David's Cross Hotel and Saffron; but there are several other places and a fish and chip shop. A supermarket is five minutes away and the cathedral and bishops palace just round the corner and down the hill. So it was the perfect base to walk the coast path without using the car at all. About a mile (more to get to Whitesands or Treginnis) along little roads to get to the path and lots of options for circular walks or there and back.

We absolutely loved our first trip to St David’s, staying in the cottage. We were very impressed with everything about the cottage. It felt very homely and was extremely comfortable and relaxing. The kitchen is very well equipped and we enjoyed using a Raeburn for the first time. We loved the sink in the bathroom too. The garden is a lovely space to sit and enjoy the view and you can see the top part of beautiful St David’s cathedral. Being able to park at the property is a real bonus. We didn’t move the car all week as there were so many places to explore on foot. The location is fantastic - literally a hop, skip and a jump away from the local amenities. It’s a delightful place to stay and we hope to return!
