The Charlotte unit features a full kitchen, dining area, washer/dryer, one bedroom (with a king size bed), one full bathroom, bath linens and toiletries, smart TV, and WIFI. All of t Fairhope Public Pier is within walking distance along the beach/shoreline (less than 1 mile in distance). Downtown dining and shopping is also within walking distance along Highway 98 Scenic Route’s sidewalk (approximately 1 mile in distance). As you make your way in, and meet some of the locals, you will quickly find that the town of Fairhope is warm and inviting, and always eager to meet new friends. No more than 2 guests 15 year or older, 4 guests total

Dana and Jim’s place truly is something special! We were traveling with our 11 month old and 3 year old and they loved on them as if they were there own. We felt right at home and like family. We can’t wait to return!
The views are beyond magnificent! Great location in Fairhope with easy access to most everything. The whole process was very easy and the location quiet and peaceful. It allowed us to accomplish all of the vacation and business activities on our list of activities.
We so loved our stay!!!! It’s refreshing to stay somewhere so welcoming. The breakfast every morning was delicious. And convenient! We brought our 3 small kids. (9.8.6) And they were equally as impressed. We kayaked and relaxed and played all day every day. Great local restaurants. Great local shops. Loved our vacation here.
Gorgeous property on the bay. Location is just perfect. Super quiet neighborhood. Lovely units with great artwork and fine towels/linens. Breakfast by Chef Brian was phenomenal!!! Would highly recommend this property to anyone!

As each day brings the night, sit and relax up on the bluff, or down below on the shoreline to catch the sun as it begins to set. The property faces west, providing an unbelievable memory captured each evening.
There is a two night minimum for unit rentals. A large conference room is available for retreats or events, holding up to 30 guests.

Jim and I moved our Airbnb from Charlotte, NC to Fairhope, Alabama so I can be the "gran-nanny" for our first grandchild in Mobile, Alabama. Please come and see us at Jubilee Suites on Mobile Bay! We're a boutique hotel of Southern Hospitality! Jim is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and a Naval Aviator, I'm the daughter of an Air Force Officer. Married for 35 years, we lived in Coronado, Jacksonville and Japan before settling in Charlotte, NC for Jim's long career at Microsoft. Our three boys went to UNC Charlotte, Appalachian University and Chapel Hill. Jim loves a joke, craft beer and a cigar once in a while. I love yoga and books. We like to visit our family in Minnesota and Missouri and sail in the British Virgin Isles when we're not hosting guests. Our motto is "Smile! It's a new day"
