Anik failed to inform the guest house that we had booked via airbnb (multiple days in advance) so when we arrived Friday night, the guesthouse had been overbooked. They offered to take us to an alternative place, which we accepted as it was Friday night and nearly every place on the island was booked. The alternative place they offered had no water, was filthy and had ants all over the bed. We were not able to get ahold of Anik to remedy the situation and had to spend over an hour calling around begging hotels and guest houses to take us in. Instead of admitting they had made a mistake it took three calls to airbnb for me to get a full refund for the issue. It made our trip to Nusa L (which is beautiful) very stressful. I would not recommend this place. If you do, get written confirmation from Anik via Airbnb Message that they have confirmed your spot at this listing.
