Not recommended. It looked like there wasn’t been cleaned for months. Crumbs and dirt everywhere, stains on nearly everything including the table placemats, floor, walls and glass sliding doors, layers of dust on things, dust threads on walls and ceiling, hairs in the bathroom and beside the bed and the shower door full of limescale. When I saw a cockroach in the kitchen I cleaned even more and found lots of dust and nails under the sofa and bed. The fridge was dirty and had a lot of condensation. Later I found a death cockroach in the fridge. Too much trash around as well, like folded cardboard, a filthy broken red suitcase ect. The towels and sheets were washed, that was a nice thing and Anna always responded very fast. Out of respect I haven’t messaged the host about this. Also I tried cleaning the place myself. Many pictures were taken to prove this review. The condition wasn’t how it should be and far from hospitable. For a 3 weeks booking I expected much more care

Great clean new apartment… easy to get around if you have the app angkas or move it for bike taxi or grab for taxi. Nice pool and view.

I stayed in Anna's place through the new year and was fortunate to have a front-row view of the best fireworks displays across the metro. It did not end there though, the location is accessible to almost everything I needed—mini grocery, laundromat, ATMs, it even is walking distance to the parties in Makati Poblacion. It's such a steal! Anna on the other hand had been very responsive to my every inquiry—despite the fact that my stay coincided with the holiday season—and made sure I had no problems.
