Staying at Giuseppes place made our time at the Amalfi Coast the best vacation imaginable. Right when we arrived after a long day of travelling, Giuseppe welcomed us with some fresh melon and cold beer. He is a very open and helpful host with not only a warm and kind personality but also many helpful tips for activities and restaurants in the area. We can only recommend staying at the appartment if you want to have a unique experience on the Amalfi Coast. Apparently, we can imagine booking the place for yet another trip.

We stayed at this listing for our honeymoon and had a wonderful time, would definitely recommend. Giuseppe was a lovely host, very attentive and giving us lots of recommendations for local area and our stay, and leaving us a wonderful breakfast spread. The views from the apartment are second to none and the place provided a lovely and romantic bolthole. There are a lot of stairs but the reviews are accurate, if you’re moderately fit and healthy you won’t have any issues. We would definitely recommend this stay. :)

We loved our holiday at La Santarella and we were completely amazed by the incredible views as soon as we arrived. Guiseppe and Anna were fantastic hosts and offered daily recommendations of the best places to visit along to coast and Guiseppe made us a tasty breakfast every morning which we always looked forward to. Although there are many steps leading up to the accomodation, we believe this was 100% worth it because of the amazing views and location. Top tips: - Book Alfonso and his porter service, this is definitely worth it! - We booked ‘pintour’ airport transfer which was cheap and reliable - Travel to Amalfi coast destinations by ferry. However when visiting Ravello the steps from Minori are the best option. Visiting Villa Rufalo is a must! Guiseppe can give you information on all of the above. Communication was fantastic from the hosts throughout our stay and we would recommend this airbnb to everyone!! Thank you for a holiday we will never forget.

Giuseppe and Anna are some of the loveliest people you will ever meet! They were such warm and welcoming hosts. The breakfast provided was delicious and Anna even made us lunch when we first arrived! Giuseppe gave the most helpful tips for getting around as well as great local advice for the best restaurants and beaches. The accomodation itself is stunning and very clean. It is located half way between Minori and Ravello. Minori is a great base to access other towns on the Amalfi coast and still be away from the crowded touristy areas. But, as warned, the stairs to La Santarella are very exhausting. The porter service provided by Alfonso from Minori is definitely worthwhile when arriving with luggage and costs 15 euro per person. Also, our mobile data reception was very patchy in the area and as listed, the accomodation has no wifi or tv. The refrigerator isn’t in the room but rather in host’s area of the house. Truly a wonderful stay with Giuseppe and Anna! Thank you so much!
