Good price & clean place for short stay ( really near to Terminal). 2 parking lot for 4 room guest houses.. get your luck. ( 1st come 1st serve, we get parked, after went out for dinner around 20:00pm, put a cone . But when return someone had moved & park in ). We stay ground floor , separate Bathroom (cloakroom),clean & nice , but need walk out from room every times . Unlucky the guest who stay 1st F( a lady ), speaker ON chatting while cooking at kitchen 21:00++, 22:00~ 02:00am none stop moving chairs “ baggage “ and walk like T Rex .. all night 😔😪. We needed wake around 4am to airport, all night😵‍💫. . By the end stay alrightght .

Robin was very responsive and the stay was exactly as it was described. A good location and comfortable bed, especially convenient for airport use.

Great place to stay for New year's eve. An hours commute into London centre but for the price and location it's worth it. Due to a third party company operating this air bnb establishment, I did struggle with helping another tennant. The other tennant did not speak any English, and i contacted Robin Door to gain assistance to help her. They offered very little or no real help to mediate over the phone. I felt it was not my job to use my constrained time to assist in checking in another tennant of the house. Not only was this awkward, but it was very difficult to help someone in need. In reality, there should be a person available to physically assist rather than over the phone. Felt quite careless and just another profiting business. I'm glad I could help this other tennant, but why did I have to go out of my way to do this? Frustrating but glad she was able to actually sleep in her Airbnb. Lastly, sleep was sadly disturbed due to cleaner knocking on door hour earlier than checkout.
