Had a great stay at Auer Fox Hollow! The inside space was bright and clean, a great place to curl up with a good book and enjoy the view out all the windows. This location was a great home base to explore the area and visit the surrounding towns and then you get to come home and see the animals! I can’t wait to return, it was a great place to disconnect.

It was such a joy and pleasure to stay at Susan’s place. She and her husband were communicative, friendly , and an absolute pleasure to talk to. Not only is the farm located about 30 minutes from St. Paul and Minneapolis, it’s close to several walking/ hiking trails; as well as nearby stores for grocery and everyday needs. The apartment itself is large and spacious with a well- stocked kitchen; pots , pans, tea, and etc. My boyfriend and I walked into the apartment and were happily surprised to see a welcome basket filled with a variety of snacks and a refrigerator filled with the same. AND farm fresh eggs! There are plenty of board games, DVDs, and books if one wanted to spend a day indoors. The property itself is also well maintained with some furry and fluffy friends that bring the daily welcome smile. I highly recommend Susan’s place !!!

I live in the cities so this was a relaxing country getaway that was relatively close. Susan and her husband were very welcoming, friendly and fantastic hosts. I really appreciate small details, and it was impressive how thought out they made the experience in terms of nice touches. The apartment is beautiful and cozy. It's pretty cool that you can be visiting horses and chickens one minute and then getting Door Dash the next minute.
