The hosts were lovely to work with. Friendly and accommodating. We had a short stay this time. Will definitely be back for a longer visit so we can enjoy the property!

Eric and Julie are great hosts. It's a family place, with the family around the property in the farm, making amazing breakfast (truly amazing breakfast!!!), hosting a happy hour in the afternoons, and willing to talk about the town / property while also giving all the space and privacy you need. It's great property for walking around, being in woods / near river, and garden. Love the addition of the farmhouse and pool! And so close to Union Pier, Three Oaks, and New Buffalo. Best deal in the area.

my wife and I had a wonderful time in Julie's place. that's a beautiful bed and breakfast with a level of hospitality rarely seen. The space itself was beautiful and tidy. And the common areas were very well equipped. we love taking walks through the woods along the river and enjoyed an excellent breakfast.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was exactly what we needed for us and our kids. The breakfast they prepared was amazing and nutritious. We would definitely stay here again.
