Jane’s house is beautiful. Jane put us in a different room with a larger shower at no extra charge.The room was light & bright with beautiful views. The whole house spotlessly clean & fresh. Breakfast was delicious & we loved Willow the goldendoodle (Jane asked if we were ok with dogs but she was only allowed out once we had finished breakfast!) Jane is a friendly host & her room is definitely good value for money. You won’t find better. If we are ever in the area we would definitely stay again & definitely recommend.

Jane's place is a perfect piece of luxury in Derbyshire if visiting Calke Abbey, Swadlincote, Ashby de la Zouch and around. We would definitely stay again.

Had a lovely stay at Jane's. Warm and welcoming hosts, and maybe the cleanest room I've ever stayed in! Breakfast was a nice surprise too. Would highly recommend

Jane made me feel very welcome. She has a spotless modern family home in an amazing peaceful spot with countryside views. The double room with a double bed was clean and cosy self-contained with a TV and a beautiful en-suite shower. A perfect booking completed by a great continental breakfast spread. Will not look elsewhere if I need to return. Thank you.
