This apartment is conveniently located within walking distance of Bui Vien Walking Street, Ben Thanh Market, and good eateries. Despite being on the 7th floor, it is pretty quiet, except for the chirping of pigeons. The apartment is spacious enough for 2 adults and 1 child, clean, and equipped with all necessary amenities. Unlike many other Airbnbs we've stayed in, I especially appreciated the cupboard storage space to place our clothes. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here and would not hesitate to book again the next time I visit HCM.

My stay at Tracy’s place was frustrating and disruptive. Upon checking in, I was informed that my room was not available for the first night (even though I had booked it on AirBNB). The wifi that was provided by the front desk was not correct either. Tracy eventually sent over the correct wifi password and provided a 30% refund for the first night. After changing units, I noted that it was slightly noisier since it was on a lower floor (would advise to bring earplugs if you are sensitive to noise) and noticed that there was no electrical adaptor (unlike the previous room) so I was unable to charge any of my devices. My breaking point was when I found two cockroaches crawling on my bed at night. It left me feeling very disturbed. Although I appreciate Tracy’s assistance, my time here was truly frustrating and I wish it had simply been fuss free from the start (ie. no need to shift rooms, fix wifi, request for adaptor, kill roaches etc).

Tracy’s place is in a great location! So close to the fun things to do in HCMC. It had everything we needed for a nice stay.
