First send Booking request and find out ! This century old stone house has renovated. On the ground floor terrace is situated covered and heated swimming pool ( 9m2 , 130cm deep ). This house is unique because it has a beautiful terrace where guests could sit and enjoy amazing sea view and evening sunsets with a glass of domestic Croatian vine ! Everything inside is new designed and made to give comfort and privacy. Our Luxury Vila with 250m2 has 5 bedrooms suitable for 11 persons. Three bedrooms are with double beds ( 160X190 ) and two bedrooms are with twin beds ... each of them has a private bathroom with a shower. Attic is pretty large and it's possible to add extra beds for your needs. Living room and bedrooms are with LCD TV SAT for use and also the apartment has free WiFi. Vila has a large fully equipped kitchen where you can enjoy preparing your meals. Our guests can use large sea view terrace 20m2 on the 1st floor with table and chairs to relax and enjoy together. Another top floor balcony with 7 sun loungers. Vila has one entrance and you will get a key on arrival.

This was perfect for our three families, plenty of space for everyone and in the perfect location for people to go out on their own. It is a place I would visit again go sure even if I don't need that many rooms.
Amazing place - especially when visiting the beautiful Cavtat (which is a great base for visiting Dubrovnik) with a larger group of people. Terrace was amazing with a beautiful view over the bay. All rooms large enough and well equipped (most with their own bathroom). Couple of stairs down and you're right at the boulevard with plenty of restaurants, ice-cream shops, supermarkets around the corner - without any of that causing any noise or disturbance whatsoever. Recommended!

Pavo and Marina are such nice hosts and people, really care about their guests. Eventhough the WIFI repeater had issues, Pavo took care of it quickly and always checked in with us and the place is at an amazing location with a phenomenal view of the sea. Thank you for hosting us :-) we had a great time at the villa.
We had a wonderful stay in the house. It is even better than the pictures. The rooms are large, the bathrooms are lovely, the kitchen is fully equipped and the icecube maker in the fridge is a plus. The crown jewel is the terrace with an absolutely fantastic view. We got excelent help from Marina and Susanna during our stay and we will not hesitate to go back.

Everything is near by for our guests such as: food market, ferry station, restaurant, coffee bars, beaches, pharmacy are 100-200 meters from the villa.

House Mima has a total of 237 m2 and all are available to our guests.
Other notes
Since the House Villa Residence Mima is located in the center of the city, and the parking space of the old part of the city of Cavtat is available in a public parking space located about 200 meters from the villa and has to be paid additionally. The daily ticket price is 15 EUR and must be paid at the machine when leaving the parking lot. The daily card must be requested when entering the parking space, and the parking person is available and will provide you with all the necessary information. The owner of the accommodation can help you upon arrival.
If you are coming with the car. You can use city parking in Cavtat.
To reach the apartment from Riviera ... you can walk by the 3rd street ( around 50 steps) and in few minutes you will be in front if the apartment.
Or if you would like to avoid steps. You can easily walk through the last street near the hotel Supetar and just walk flat onto the apartment's entrance. It's around five minutes walking. That is the way to go to the beach as well.
