We had a great time staying at Ms Aseng's place. We loved the scent of the humidifier, it was very relaxing. The aircon is super cool! We also cooked some meals and everything in the kitchen area are working well! We watched almost all the movies saved in the flash drive. Restroom is very ok! Ms Aseng is very responsive and evn her care taker Ate Nimfa! :) They even let us extend up to 2:00 pm since we had a hard time checking in due to new condo policy, not to mention that it is holiday too! We will definitely come back and recommend this place!

Ms Aseng is very kind and accommodating that she promptly respond to all our inquires from the start. Our stay went well from the day we arrived until we checked-out. Nanay Linda was so nice to assist us during our check-in and check-out. The unit itself (Miami 1522) is the same as what advertised here. It is very clean and cozy which really gives you a feel that you are "home". The place is relaxing and spacious enough for me and 2 of my friends. We didn't had any issues preparing our food since we were allowed to cook on the kitchen which is fully equipped with all necessary tools, utensils and basic cooking essentials/ condiments. It was nice that we were also provided a pocket WiFi which we can use.n We just didn't expected that there was a long queue in registering to access the pool (or possibly because it was also a long weekend during our stay so probably there were high volume of guests then). It was nice that we also are able to access of the tower roofdeck where we can stay and see a view of the whole facility. Overall, we had a great and very smooth stay at Aseng's place. I'll definitely consider staying there again in the future. Would also recommend this with my other friends looking for a good place for staycation.
