Lorenzo had another Lorenzo meet us at the door as soon as we arrived. He walked us around showing how things worked and where they were located. He had a map of Florence with spots marked for good restaurants, the store, and other necessities. He also had a bottle of wine waiting for us. The location is great, short walking distance from the Duomo, museums, academy, the river and all other major Florence attractions. Lorenzo was very supportive and ensured everything was working as expected.

Lorenzo was very friendly and helpful each step of the way. He responded immediately to any questions. The location is great and right near the train station so it is easy to get to and from with bags. You can walk everywhere. The apartment is spacious with comfortable beds.

Lorenzo was the kindest host I’ve had yet. So communicative and suggested new events and free tours/visits nearly everyday. Also come to our airbnb to help us with trouble with the washing machine. If you come to Florence—Lorenzo is THE person to book with.

Lorenzo greeted us warmly and showed us around the apartment. The beds were comfortable and clean. There is a fair amount of noise from the street........restaurants and late night carousers. The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of hot water in the bathroom. The only downside was the stench. There is a deep stench of either sewer gas or something dead and fetid. It was so strong that it permeated all the clothes in our suitcases and caused me to have an allergic head cold. It was sad because the apartment is beautiful and the location is great.
