Such a beautiful place to stay. Couldn’t fault the place, it felt really special. Our 3 year old loved all the toys and the bunk bed was perfect for her. The master was lovely and spacious with a very comfortable bed. Could definitely have stayed longer. Thank you x
Wonderful stay in Appledore - Amy was very responsive and friendly, highly recommend !
We had a great stay at Amy’s place with 2 young children. They really enjoyed the bunk bed and Amy was able to provide a travel cot and a highchair. The place is well equipped for families with kids cutlery, bibs, anti slip mat for the bath, as well as toys and games. We were able to use the log burner which was very easy to use and everything for it was provided. It’s well located close to a few pretty villages, we were spoiled for choice with great restaurants within an easy driving distance - we’d particularly recommend The Swan and Chapel Down for a special lunch/dinner.
I’ve been trying to think of anything negative about Amy’s place to give a well rounded review but I honestly can’t! The Outbuilding is so beautifully designed and decorated you can’t get bored of looking around it. Amy has clearly poured a lot of love and talent into this place! The location is amazing…Appledore is literally picture perfect and very close to Rye and Camber for days out. But aside from the stunning, cosy and comfortable accommodation and the great location, Amy went above and beyond for us during our stay. Unfortunately my daughter had a health scare and we had to spend one whole day in the local A&E in Ashford. Not only did Amy drive my husband and son to the hospital to visit us and hung around seeing if we needed a lift home, she also let our puppy (who was in her crate at the property) out to pee and then brought her into her family home for company!! I really can’t say enough great things about Amy and The Outbuilding ❤️
