En lo positivo, la casa está en un lugar idílico, muy tranquilo y con muchas actividades en los alrededores. Tiene vistas maravillosas y una piscina bien cuidada. Es una casa rústica de piedra muy bonita y la anfitriona, Marta, siempre fue muy reactiva ante nuestras peticiones. Nuestras pegas serían las siguientes: la cocina es muy pequeña y con pocos utensilios para tantos huéspedes; la casa, al estar en pleno campo, tiene lógicamente un problema con insectos aunque intentaron poner todos los medios para resolverlo, incluso vinieron a instalar mosquiteras durante nuestra estancia. En cuanto al WIFI, no es suficiente para cualquiera que necesite estar en contacto de forma regular por teléfono o correo. Simplemente no hay cobertura suficiente. Por último, hubo algo de confusión con respecto a la hora de salida pero que se pudo solucionar satisfactoriamente.

Génial ! Hemos pasado una super semana en esta casa! Es grande y equipada y sobre todo con la piscina. Cada habitacion tiene su proprio bano. Todo lo necesario para dormir, la cocina, juegos. El dueno es disponible para ayudar y consejar actividades. Vista increible y calma total ! Muchas gracias !

Carmen’s house is located at one of the most amazing locations in Coll de Nagro. The landscape from the house and the pool is breathtaking - every morning you’ll wake up, this landscape will make your soul happy. However, I was a bit disappointed that the house was lacking some basic elements for your comfort. The kitchen doesn’t even have salt, pepper, sugar, soap etc. Other than the plates and pans you’ll have to bring everything. The pool could use some pillows on the sun beds, or anything else that will make you feel a little pampered. Other than that, the address stated in Airbnb is wrong and it took us an hour of driving around the village (in very narrow streets up on the mountains - it ain’t easy!) to find out that the person that manages the house that couldn’t speak a word of English was waiting for us at the village bank to explain how to get to the house (this was never communicated). He also shared that everyone coming to this house from Airbnb had the same issue... Bottom line - amazing house, beautiful view but facilities could be significantly improved, especially for the price you’re paying... we had a good time nonetheless
