My brother / cousin and I were visit Chios, to visit my Grandparent's villages with some friends. Our party of 6 people were VERY happy with these accommodations. The home is on a hill overlooking the harbor but close to the restaurants, cafés and beaches (300m or so). The hill is covered in beautiful and active mastic groves (if you know anything about Chios, you know why it is truly special to be amongst these trees). From the hillside, there are several patios and covered decks that overlook the valley to the coast--we could not have asked for a better location. At first, I was worried about a long stay in Chios, (especially my Non-Greek friends). But Lambros and Maria gave us tons of recommendations and itineraries for visiting the different regions of Chios. Chios is authentic Greece. I would suggest (to anyone looking) to have a car, so you can take complete advantage of this house's central location. You are less than 30 min from Pyrgi , Chios, Nea Moni, Mavra Volia.

Absolutely perfect. Amazing view and proximity to the beach is excellent. Stayed here last year as well. Lambros and his sister Maria are wonderful. Will definitely come here next summer.

Excellent house, location, and host. Was perfect for our group. Better than the pictures. The views were lovely.

très jolie maison bien équipée avec une vue splendide sur la mer depuis la terrasse où l'on mange. Plusieurs niveau de terrasse pour s installer avec un jardin arboré La plage se trouve à 5mn à pied . plage agréable et tranquille avec quelques bars et restaurant sympathique. Le propriétaire répond tout de suite si on a des questions. Très agréable séjour

Lambros was a great host and is home is beautiful. We would likely stay there again if we return to Chios.
