The apartment is amazing, location is perfect- 15mins walk to the lake and a lovely little restaurant just 2 mins from the apartment too. The apartment was just as pictured and great for a long stay, had everything we needed Check in was very easy.

We stayed here for holidays 3 weeks and had a wonderful time (4 persons). Location has excellent views from the balcony for if you want to spend a day home reading a book. The house was well equipped and when we noticed a coffee jug was missing, Sofia quickly replaced the machine. The location allows easy beach (+shade) access for chilling or water sports. Moving upwards it allows for mountain hikes/trail-runs. For biking (non-e mtb) it was rather steep and a challenge. Unfortunately the close-by store recently closed its doors permanently so getting a morning bread required a bit further walk/drive towards to center. The swimming pool was very nice to have close by for an early/late plunge. While we were a bit afraid for the heat in the apartment in August, ventilators fixed this. The sun actually turns from the backside along the neighbors to front, so the apartment is not fully exposed the entire day. We definitely come back to Colico area, we like it above West-side of the lake.

A very nice and spacious place, conveniently located within walking distance of the town's main square. It's just a 7-minute drive to the shopping center and offers the convenience of a garage and two bathrooms. It's a great option for long-term stays.

An absolutely wonderful house and ever better location. Sofia was really accommodating and welcoming, and the photos don’t do justice to how nice the place is. If you’re looking to explore the lake and its surroundings, I can’t think of a better place. I’d recommend hiring a car, but the walk into town is relatively easy and the train & boat connections are super too.

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. We were in different towns around the lake, but we chose Colico as the most comfortable. Thank you very much Sophia for help and answers to questions at any time!
