What a hidden gem! We arrived to this jaw dropping view and a friendly welcome from Jonathan and his partner who made us feel like home. The cabin itself is straigh out of a fairy tale, handcrafted by Jonathan himself. It retains ancient tower like feel with modern facilities. The view from the living room in breathtaking, you wont need a tv! There is plenty of hikes that you can do around the place without driving anywhere further (please dont drive anywhere further as you may get stuck ;)) Jonathan strikes a good balance between leaving you space for privacy while being very responsive with little emergencies, like forgeting the toothpaste ;) after sharing few stories over a cup of tea/coffe we left the place refreshed and happy with making new friends with Jonathan and his partner. Absolutely loved our stay here. If you’re looking for privacy surrounded by beautiful Irish scenery, this is the place. Jonathan is a great, friendly host with plenty of local knowledge on what to do and what to avoid. He did a wonderful job restoring the old stone house that is the AirBnB. We look forward to another visit.

Jonathan and his place are phenomenal. Such beautiful surroundings that are lovely and peaceful. If you're lucky you might be able to see sheep being herded in the mountains! Jonathan is really friendly and full of recommendations of places to eat and things to do! We'll definitely be back in the future
