Very close to Prince County Hospital, which was a big factor for me. Modest but comfortable basement studio apartment, inexpensive and a bit sparsely equipped. As a solo traveller, it worked well for me for the short stay of 4 nights.

I appreciate that you stocked the place with cooking utensils and a few coffee pods. I do appreciate the low price. However, The place just feels dingy and a bit sad. You do not inform guests that they have to walk through an unfinished basement to get to what used to be a laundry area that now feels like a glorified closet. The lack of a smoke alarm & CO2 detector inside the space is a code violation and is truly dangerous in an unventilated room in the basement. I tried to open the window above the bed but it had no screen so I felt at risk during sleep hours. I found cockroaches, there is mold around the base of the shower install. No gooseneck hand held shower head..2 towels but no face cloth so I had to use a towel to clean my lady bits in the shower, that is not stocked with any body wash or shampoo...arrrgh! You provide guests with no bedside table or lamp, no charging station etc. Entering the space was difficult There was a large bush that was obliterating the entry door. You obviously don't check to ensure your guests can get in without a problem. Finding the back door and entering was problematic because the instructions are unclear. You left no info about internet connection or how to use the TV in your listing. I went upstairs and knocked on the door for assistance. Although I could hear people talking and the dog barking no one answered the door. In frustration I went back into the dungeon and called you?!!! These are all standard expectations. As a guest and former hose I would never expect any guest to deal with this many problems.
