Pleasant stay, Fernando was communicative. Place was appropriate for a very simple stay which is what I needed. A bit of a smell in the house, but otherwise very convenient

I stayed with Fernando for nearly two months during a summer internship, and it was a great stay! The room had a nice desk space for work and an A/C unit so that I could maintain whatever temperature I wanted within it. (There is also central air, but they kept it a tad warmer than I prefer, so the window unit was a wonderful compromise!) The bed was a comfortable twin with nice sheets and a super soft blanket. The neighborhood felt safe and it was quiet even though it was only a short distance from a very busy area. That busy area had tons of different restaurants and shopping options, so it was very convenient! The location has great access to the Dallas highways, so commuting wasn't an issue for me.
