I’ve stayed at other apartments in this building and they’ve been great. Sadly this one wasn’t up to the same standard. Bed The bed is an ensemble with no legs so it’s like sleeping on two mattresses on top of each other (basically felt like on the floor) and it’s small! Self sufficiency There were no tea towels, coffee mugs, dishcloth/scourer or wine glasses. I did request these and they were eventually delivered (over two visits from staff letting themselves in when we weren’t there). Overall room review It was ok, I wouldn’t go there again as other apartments are styled better, have better beds and all that is needed to be self sufficient from arrival. Building amenities The pool was ok, sauna out of order and the spa smelt so bad you wouldn’t get in. Communication We did have good communication and I appreciated prompt replies for supplies. I wish I had better things to say.

The entire apartment was clean and comfortable. The location is amazing, close to almost everything in Melbourne. However, the bed that is provided is not a real bed, they are mattresses sitting on the floor. I was disappointed ☹️ with this, I would recommend to specify this point on the description of the apartment.
