A wonderful stay in the mountains of Vermont. The location is right near Sugarbush and made for really easy, fun days of skiing. The house is cozy and offers plenty of nice spots to relax and read. The room we had was neat and offered an impressively comfortable bed, along with a spacious bathroom to clean up after a long day on the slopes. While everything was great, the highlight was certainly the hosts, Peter and Susan. They made sure to supply a filling and tasty breakfast each morning, along with some great local coffee. Peter and Susan had reliable recommendations for lunch and dinner each day of our stay as well. They did a fantastic job of making us feel welcomed with intriguing conversations and thoughtful gestures like starting fires to dry out our ski gear each day. I highly recommend coming here.

West Hill House BNB was the ultimate relaxing and beautiful vacation in the VT mountains. Minutes away from Sugarbush Ski Resort and downtown, the location was exactly what we were looking for in our winter getaway. Susan and Peter were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and hospitable hosts. They made us feel right at home. The breakfasts were delicious, with homemade and locally sourced ingredients. The family-style morning breakfast was what we loved the most— it was a great way to meet other travelers from all other and share stories. I would absolutely 100% recommend staying here tenfold, and I will be back in the future to stay here again! You should book directly through the West Hill House website instead of AirBNB, as it helps support this independently owned BNB and you save money!

Peter and Susan were the best hosts I’ve experienced over the years visiting B&Bs. Perfect instructions and communication before the visit, wonderful discussions during the stay, and Susan’s breakfasts were truly delicious. Peter’s scotch tasting tour made for a wonderful evening. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

It's difficult to pick the best part of our stay at West Hill House B&B. The premises are beautifully maintained, the Highland Room provided several nights of high-quality R&R, the location is perfect for exploring beautiful Central Vermont, and the complimentary breakfast is world-class. However, our most memorable experiences at West Hill House were in the company of Peter and Susan. They are not only incredibly knowledgeable of the area and its history but also just about anything else! We were fortunate enough to enjoy some nice conversations with them over breakfast, but if you are eager to get out and explore VT, they will also make sure to point you in the right direction. We could not imagine having a more fulfilling stay anywhere else in VT. Highly recommended!
