Really nice to if you travel by group. Although double bed room is a bit too small but have a living room. We have a great night there. Breakfast is simple but it’s good and staff are really kind.

We didn’t meet K. Ketnathee, but he had been one of the most responsive hosts. K. Ketnathee was also helpful and followed-up closely to make sure we are well-settled. The exterior of the place is beautiful. However, the furniture and the interior were dated. There was strong musty smell when we check in but I believe due to poor ventilation, but it disappeared after the air-cond was on. The housekeeper was very helpful but I think she seemed to be overwhelmed with tasks. We also surprised to find one room located at lower storey separated from the rest. If you are a light sleeper, please choose a room at the upper floor as you may have difficulty sleeping in the lower floor due to squeaky noise from the floor above. Overall, I find this place has a lot of potential, but it may need a little refurbish to fresh it up and proper housekeeping with more attention to details. Also, this place is really close to Rai Manisorn and it would be great if there are bicycles provided to guests so they can explore the sun flower farm, especially there are nothing else to do in the villa.

Ta is a highly responsive and helpful host, so service is tip top. The beds and sheets and pillows are clean and nice. The living area is smaller than expected. Know that the "villa" is an annexe of the main building of 2 storey hotel rooms. We occupied the whole annexe, and 4 rooms were split over 2 decks, not something we'd prefer. And the lower deck was creaky every time someone walks across the room into the living area. Towels were thin. Breakfast was sparse.

Cannot find fault with the cleanliness of the place. But things are old and dated. Breakfast is a sad affair of soup, rice, toasts, jam, coffee, Milo and flying insects due to the fact that it is surrounded by trees. Nothing else. Did ask the staff to fry an egg but she just shrugged and shook her head despite having a few trays of eggs and frying pan in the kitchen. A different and younger staff did oblige on the 2nd day though. Having a van and driver at your disposal is a must as location is far away from main streets.
