Martin didn't tell me that the room was not available during my stay until i asked him. He answered me not very clearly. it wasn't until the day of my arrival that he told me clearly that the room was not available. Moreover he didn't want to cancel the reservation so I couldn't book another stay for that same day. Terrible experience.

Me and my girlfriend stayed in the room for one night. The communication with Martin was great. We arrived at Friday. The front yard was a little bit chaotic, but it didn’t matter for us. We went up to the room and it seemed to be the furniture store. It’s okay for one night but not more than that. The bathroom was really disgusting. Hairs all over and the toilet wasn’t clean at all. We just brushed our teeth but really didn’t want to shower. For the location, the service the storage room and the horrible bathroom the price of 80€ isn’t justified. Maybe 40€ will be fine. @Martin: If you know guests are coming it’ll be great to clean the bathroom. Sorry but it was horrible. We couldn’t even go to shower. And CLEAN the TOILET. It was disgusting!

Hôte très agréable, qui nous a accueilli deux jour dans ça maison. La location est situé proche d’un tramway qui amène en ville en moins de 30min. Suite à un retard du train martin a su s’adapter à nos horaires. Je recommande ce logement. Séjour très agréable.

Logement calme et agréable avec son jardin situé dans un quartier arboré et verdoyant. Supermarché et boulangerie à proximité. 20 minutes pour accéder au centre de Bruxelles en tram : assez pratique. Martin s'est montré très discret, très agréable et très accueillant. Merci !

This Airbnb is beautifully located, close to the shops, green areas and transport to the center. It is in a quiet and green area, and Martin is a warm, personable host. I felt very welcome. The only thing to keep in mind is that the bed is on pallets. As I’m not 20 anymore, I found it hard to stay comfortable throughout the night.
