Pro: Good location, very responsive host, hassle free check in they let us check out late for free. Con: No hotshower (broken), hairdryer and exhaust fan broken, no remote control for the tv, toilet and shower were clean when we arrived (there was a hair on the toilet seat), floor was not cleaned. but Overall, we had a nice stay, apartment is nicely decorated. The bedrooms are comfortable, so as the sofa and theres a very good food delivery service in davao so we didnt need to cook much.
