Hubert und Elisabeth sind sehr nett, immer zu erreichen und Hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist top, direkt an einer großen Mall mit allem was man braucht. Taxen und Tuktuks zu Hauf, bestellt man ein Uber ist es in wenigen Sekunden da! Zum Strand braucht man mit einem Tuktuk auch nicht lange. Kostet ca 250-300 ksh. Wäre der Hahn, der direkt neben dem Fenster Nachts vor sich hin kräht, nicht gewesen hätten wir wahrscheinlich auch besser geschlafen, das war etwas nervig. Ansonsten ist die Einrichtung schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Alles in allem ein guter Platz für Familien, da man direkt 3 Schlafzimmer bekommt (6 Personen) Für uns zu zweit war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis also nicht passend. Alles in allem empfehlenswert!

A very serene and homely place in a convenient location. Very good for the kids, had child friendly furniture and the pool was amazing. Having an AC as am alternative to the fans in some of the rooms would be best. Will be back.

We stayed at Hubert and Rachel’s place for a month with our 2 children (aged 12 months and 4 years). It was a great place to stay as a family: extremely close to amenities while at the same time having a private feel in a lovely compound. The beautiful swimming pool was one of the best things about Hubert and Rachel’s place, which we had all to ourselves and used a lot, as well as the beautiful garden, not to mention the hosts themselves and the lovely people working there. Special thanks to Rose, Shady, Tuti and Liz.

This was my 2nd time and I loved my stay and the hosts are as wonderful as before. I think as long as they are hosting I will always book with them in Mombasa. Great place, beautiful home (serene, clean, swimming pool, good parking and great location)plus awesome hosts. Thank you!!!!
