INCLUDED IN OUR HOME Basketball Hoop GYM in garage BIKES/toys/Games/Netflix/Keurig Hot tub (CLOSED MAY-SEPTEMBER) Located between Disney and Cocoa Beach. 45 miles from Beach. 32 miles from Disney. Peaceful place to rest and visit both. 17 miles from Orlando International Airport. We are a perfect blend of peace and tranquility, yet not too far from all of the tourist things to do in Orlando. Hi, So please read this carefully and do not hesitate to reach out. Everything you read about our home is accurate. Our house is a 2 story house. The 2nd floor upstairs is a totally separate apartment where our caretaker lives full-time. There are NO shared spaced except the front door. She has everything she needs and will not be using any of the main house. You have full privacy. She is absolutely amazing and quiet and 100% helpful, sweet and trusting. Most likely you will never see her, however if you are lucky enough to meet her, you'll agree like all of our other guest that she is awesome. She is like family to us. My wife and I travel a LOT so she takes care of our guests if they need anything and cleans the house. She walks in the front door and goes straight up stairs to her apartment. We also have an apartment rental above our garage, or the "GYM", but again the only shared space you'll have with him is the gym. PLEASE READ ALL OF OUR REVIEWS!!! You'll book immediately after because you'll want the same caring beautiful home to stay in as they had...OURS! Like to exercise on vacation? Great us too! Now you can stay in shape or work off your desserts in our private gym. You won't find another home in Orlando that was built with this kind of LOVE.

The house was fine. 2 rooms were adult ready. 2 were weak. it is a family home and we intruded. First off the water was stinky and the drains were slow. that was annoying. Repair the water issues. I'm on vacation I do not need this. The hot tub was at like 116 so we had to dig around for a hose to cool it to a normal temp, every other day this was reality. The pool was brisk but there was no ladder to get out which is a challenge. We loved the games in and out. There was really little crap all around the lot which is a problem for me. we did not even empty our suitcase for a week because the drawers had clutter. It was noted a person came in but we did not expect her to be in our space, shared door. She came and went while we were active or sleeping or out. It was uncomfortable. It was a fine house. We had an amazing stay at the Durham's home. We were in Orlando for our oldest daughters wedding and their home was the perfect place for us to regroup each day before heading out for the days preparations and activities. Isle of Pines is a wonderful quiet area of Orlando with lots of quiet streets and a nature preserve for walks. The home itself is very well designed with all the amenities you look forward to in an airbnb. Kevin was prompt with communication and helpful when we had questions. The ping pong table, outdoor/grill/kitchen, back porch, pool deck and hot tub all added to the experience. In terms of location you are within 13 minutes of Publix and other stores. The Lake Nona area with all its restaurants and variety of shops is only a little further away. All in all we had a great stay and ended our last evening gathered around the piano night as my brother played and we sang hymns and songs and gave thanks for the week. We would gladly stay again in the future.
Kevin’s home is beautiful and relaxing. It is close to a highway and business yet located in a peaceful neighborhood. The house has many amenities, unfortunately we did not have any time to try them out. I would without a doubt recommend Kevin and this house!!
I didn't read the ad carefully and later, after I entered the house, I noticed that there was someone else in the house, that it was a housekeeper who lives permanently in the house

Our neighborhood is a rural area. Lots of Pine Trees. Called Isle Of Pines. Locate off Lake Marry Jane and surrounded by Nature Preserves. Everyone who stays with us loves our home and where it is located. We have a very safe neighborhood where kids can even ride bikes on our street. One thing to mention, our house like all homes in this beautiful area of Orlando because we are one of the last neighborhoods nestled in the rural Florida trees, we do have well water. For some, this is a huge plus because they realize how harmful city water is due to the high levels of chlorine. For those who are not used well water, we have a triple filtration system that is whole house, meaning the water that you shower with and use in the sinks is clean enough to drink. It does have a slight color to it that you may notice in the bathtub, but that is just the minerals that give it the color. It is completely normal and safe. Actually is is said by many water experts to be healthy to bath in well water because it has these mineral in it. Now, for drinking water, because this is our private home as well, we have the highest quality of drinking water available. It is a 6 stage reverse osmosis filtration system with alkaline +, meaning this is the ideal ph balance for humans to drink. You'll love it. It is only located in the kitchen next to the sink with a dedicated faucet.
People think they can save money using Uber, but it is much more economical and efficient to just rent a car.
