地理位置非常好，出门不远就是地铁入口，路口有叮叮车，在港岛去任何地方都很方便。公寓很新，设施和服务都很好，附近有很多餐馆，还有两家比较大的超市。房间里面装修也不错，设施齐全。 推荐来办理香港身份证的一家人居住，走路可达入境事务处。

Neil was a great host. He had been responsive and helpful from we made the reservation and throughout our stay. Neil's apartment is clean and well equipped. Great location, easy access to transportation, and lots of restaurants around. Highly recommend Neil's place.

I had the pleasure of meeting Neil, he's a great host, friendly, communication was easy, quick and he was very accommodating. The apartment is not big as is most places in Hong Kong, it's our 2nd time in HK. Wan Chai is the location and its fantastic and an amazing spot to be in over Xmas as they had festive light shows on and a snow maker on, it did get very very busy on the 2 days leading up to Xmas. The lift in the lobby leads you into a local convenience store and straight onto the metro so you don't even have to step outside (if it's raining). Once you're on the Metro, you can get to most places in HK. There is a large supermarket across the street called Taste. Plenty of restaurants(Japanese in particular) just down on street level plus a nice bakery. A short walk either side of the apartment will take you to plenty of other local dining spots.

The building is in a great location with easy access to all public transports and a variety of restaurants, small cafes, eateries and bars. The apt is super clean and quiet, and with good security. Neil is very helpful and gave us clear instructions re： entry to the apt as well as tips on where to eat.
