Our extended family had a wonderful stay at Kimberly's house - it is a great place for hanging out and eating together and lots of bedrooms for people to have their own sleeping space. Also, really good for kids with play areas which were a big hit with the youngest guests! It is an excellent location - near shops, supermarkets, parks and restaurants. Thank you for sharing your home with us during our family stay in Berkeley!

Kim's house was perfect for our group who attended a family event in Berkeley. The exterior is lovely, the entry way is welcoming, the living, dining and kitchen were homey! Beds were comfy and bathrooms were wonderful, especially the primary bath. Loved all the space in this house!  Getting to the city was an easy drive and we loved walking up to Indian Rock to see the views of the city! We also enjoyed watching TV and laying on the comfy couch with a bounty of cozy blankets, making meals in the spacious kitchen and eating at the large dining table. Check in, check out and communications with Kim were easy and timely. A few things weren't working when we arrived but Kim had messaged me earlier so I was aware. We had some issues with the WiFi and back door but Kim was responsive, kind and generous in working everything out with us. We would have liked a little more closet space to hang our outfits and a little more deep cleaning, all feedback I have shared with her.

We stayed at Kimberly’s lovely home for a little over 2 weeks. The house was perfect for my family and I while we were in town visiting family. The location is perfect, we were able to walk around the neighborhood and up to Indian rock many time it’s also an incredibly safe neighborhood and we saw many people walking in the evenings and at night. It’s a very strategic location to be without feeling like you are right in the middle of everything. The house was very comfortable and we felt right at home. It’s especially nice for families with children my youngest really enjoyed playing either the toys in the playroom. Overall it was perfect and Kimberly was very responsive with any questions I had, we will definitely be back again.

This was a very comfortable house for us as multiple generations coming together as we could gather in the living room or on the deck and enjoy each others company. There was an issue with the plumbing when we arrived as one of the showers was clogged. Kimberly did a great job finding a plumber who came the next day and repaired it. She was very responsive.
