Tim is very friendly and easy going. He is independent but always open to talk and share interesting stories. People in the building and in the neighbourhood are very friendly too! Beware, the building is heated during the winter and guests have to open the window for a bit of fresh air. For light sleepers, there’s a lot of traffic and noisy ambulances right below the bedroom window.

Tim is an amazing host. Very welcoming in my first day and give me much local information to help me navigate around the city via bus and train which are local to Tim’s place. His place is spacious, has a cool balcony with a bbq. Lots of cool parks and tracks local to the area. Lots of food spots just a 5-10 min walk away. Would definitely recommend Tim’s place.

Tim is a real gentlement: polite, discreet, friendly and with a great sense of humor. He left me at ease, as I was at my own home. I meet a clean and comfortable apartment, with a complete kitchen, good and silent room, good bathroom clean. The localization was great at Eglinton. Everything was very good. Tim always was willing to help. Recomendo

I had a great stay at Tim's Airbnb. He was an easygoing and helpful host who provided excellent communication. The apartment and bedroom were very clean, and the internet was reliable. The location and neighbourhood were great, with lots of amenities nearby. Tim was flexible and responsive, and I would highly recommend his place to anyone.
