Absolutely amazing house right on the water in Lake Como. We stayed at the house with our family and everyone enjoyed the stay very much. The house is beautiful and warm. There is so much space in the yard in front of the lake with plenty of places to relax. Giuseppe was extremely responsive and helpful and helped make the trip so wonderful. We’ll definitely stay here again.

An amazing host. Giuseppe and Monica, a friendly couple who took personal care of our family group. Their visits meant a lot to us. We also received a welcome gift.. loved it. The villa was ideal for our 10-headed group. Location magnificent, private and on the lake. We enjoyed this luxury, and the well equipped estate. No AC was no problem in October. However, opening the windows brought in some noise from the passing car traffic, for the villa is directly on a semi-busy road. The walk to the surroundings is nice. A good restaurant and boat peer and rental within 5min. The next village further, yet close within a very short ride. Nothing was missing. The only other watch out is the car parking space. It's conveniently inside the villa's yard and for two vehicles, however not so spacious. Just put this in mind if you travel with vans or SUV's, it affects the ease of parking. Overall, a wonderful experience. The cost was premium, but so was the offering. Thanks Giuseppe !
