Tessa is a great host. it was my first time booking via Airbnb. I was quite sceptical given the many ugly stories out there about hosts' dishonesty in different forms. Tessa held my hand throughout the process. Even when I had challenges with the booking, she was very patient, understanding, and supportive. The apartment itself is welcoming. I felt completely relaxed and at home in there. It was five of us, but we didn't feel cramped. The surroundings have many shops and stores where you could get most of your needs, and if you like long walks like I do, you could take a walk from the apartment to Stratford Station in about 40 minutes. overall, it's an apartment I'll stay over again whenever the opportunity arrives. Thank you, Tessa. Keep up the great work.

The airbnb was located in a Muslim neighborhood. The only issues were the beds had spring mattresses, which were uncomfortable, the water temperature in the downstairs bathroom remained cold and the ceiling of the shower upstairs is low, so if you're 5'5 or taller, it may be an issue. At one point one of us accidentally turned on the gas stove and no alarm went off. Thankfully we noticed the smell, but it could’ve been fatal. The location of this place isn’t ideal if you’re hoping to regularly explore central London. You’d have to travel an hour or two by car depending on traffic to get to the heart of London. We were cold, so we didn't use public transportation from the Airbnb. That said, the place was a good size for three occupants, there was room to roam around which you wouldn’t necessarily get in a hotel. There were plenty of interesting restaurants within reasonable delivery distance on Deliveroo. The heater did work, although it took a day to heat the entire house.

My group of four enjoyed out stay very much at Tessa's. We had no issues whatsoever. A great plus for us was that Forest Gate station is only a couple of minutes' walk away as well as the ample shopping facilities in the vicinity.
