A few steps away is a fully-equipped kitchen with additional seating, where you can enjoy a quick breakfast before setting off to explore Puerto Pollensa and the sandy beaches. <br><br>Just off the living room is the master double bedroom with an ensuite shower room. There are also three additional bedrooms: (2) two single beds with access to a bathroom, (3) two single beds that share a full bathroom with bedroom 4, and (4) two single beds that share a full bathroom with bedroom 3. The bed sizes are 100x200 cm for single bed and 130x200 cm for the double bed.<br><br>At the end of the street, there is a playground and sand pit where parents can take their children to play. <br><br>Guests can enjoy proximity to local sites such as Pollença (7.3km) and Cala St. Vicente (8.2km). Before and after each villa rental, we have enhanced our cleaning processes as per the World Health Organisation (who) guidelines. All zones of each property, including high contact areas such as door knobs and handles, faucets, and switches are first cleaned and then disinfected with bleach based cleaning products. Disinfectants are left to soak for at least 10 minutes to receive full sanitizing benefits.<br><br><br><br>2) Cleaning time allowances have been extended to accommodate the above.<br><br><br><br>3) Our properties are accessed through a keybox so there is no face to face arrival contact.
