Stavros und seine Mutter waren äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war wirklich leicht zu finden und liegt super zentral. Man hat alles, was man für einen angenehmen Urlaub braucht, wie z.B. Gartenmöbel um draußen zu sitzen, einen Kaltwasserspender usw. Diese Wohnung war die einzige (von den drei Wohnungen, in denen wir übernachtet haben). Zypern) mit EU-Steckdosen. Außerdem hat uns der große Willkommensgeschenkkorb sehr gefallen.

We had a great stay at Stavros' place. The location was incredible, 3 minute walk to the beach. Everything was as described and we had a warm welcome from Stavros' mum. Very clean with lots of amenities that came in handy. Stavros was very communicative from the moment we booked and provided lots of useful information. Highly recommended! Thank you Stavros and family!

Stavros and his family are very kind and attentive hosts. They welcomed us with a basket of local specialties, which was a very nice gesture. Please note that the review is for long stay (4 months) and off season. Overall the house is convenient for 3-4 people and a child, the house, furniture, and appliances are a bit old and tired, the mattresses upstairs were fairly comfortable, but the sofa bed downstairs is very uncomfortable. Pleasant terrace and small garden at the back. Kitchen is suitably equipped for long term stays, although stove and oven are difficult to regulate (heat/ temperature). Heating available with AC, which was loud. Bedrooms can be heated up easily, the living room remains much colder. Very central location within Protaras, sea 5 mins away, restaurants closeby, although in winter season only 1-2 are open. Lidl appr. 7 mins away, which is open all year round. Very long promenade, you can easily walk in both directions 10 km along the coast, suitable for strollers.

Good accommodation for the money. The kitchen has everything you need including lots of useful amenities. Thanks to the hosts for taking care of everything you might need (up to 3 types of trash bags, bottle openers and much more). The location is perfect! - 5 minutes to the nearest beach. 10 minutes to Fig Tree Bay. Close to restaurants/shops. Cozy backyard with a nice shade. A large dining table, which can easily accommodate a company of 6 people. In general, the attitude of the owners makes you feel at home, where they took care of you and tried to provide for everything. The only thing is the old furniture, it needs updating. Stale and unpleasant smell in the wardrobes (the clothes had an unpleasant smell after being stored there). Very creaky stairs to the second floor. Small children woke up even if we tried to walk very quietly, it still creaked loudly.
