It was a nice house and for the most part, clean. There was some scattered trash on the outside and the "extra" blankets could use a good washing and newer/firmer pillows would be nice (luckily I brought my own) as well. Along with better quality toilet paper!!! Both the women AND the men in my group complained about it. The house could also use a couple snow shovels! Our last night there it dumped over 2 feet of snow, which, blocked us in. Vacasa did send a couple guys out (took an hour) with shovels, however, it delayed our check out. No biggie though! All in all it was a good experience and we were pleased with our stay.

Peaceful and gorgeous location. We were fortunate to stay here while it was snowing, so the outdoor surroundings made for a perfect place for children and pets to play!

I’ve stayed here before and keep coming back because it’s so peaceful. Location is great. View of the deck is beautiful. And the place is clean. Will be back in the future.

A peaceful place only 5 minutes from Shaver Lake. It was perfect for family and pets. It can get hot inside in summer so having the beach nearby was nice. There was good access to outdoor activities: hiking, horse riding, swimming and boating. The house was clean and well maintained and the kitchen had all the utensils we needed. We look forward to coming again.

The place was clean and well stocked. Kitchen had plenty of pots and pans and cooking utensils, serving bowls, medium cookie sheet, coffee pot with filters, dish towels and hot pads, dish detergent and more. Plenty of hotel style towels & wash cloths. Washer & dryer with a handful of laundry detergent pods. Wood for the wood stove (but no kindling or paper. Plenty of blankets and bedding. The beds are memory foam, firmer then we were used to but some of our party really liked the firm beds. Huge T.V.'s in the common area and ones in each bedroom, but we were unable to access the satellite TV. Over all the cabin was cozy and private. It had beautiful views, with a stream down the bottom of the hill. Great place for summer or winter getaway. Would rent again. only complaint was that VAcasa was slow to respond to questions, & to send check in information. It would also be helpful if the light switches were labeled as some or them are not logical in placement.
