EDEN HILLS RESIDENCE: A rendezvous with authentic, island-style bliss. Eden Hills Residence is set in a lush tropical environment where you feel one with nature. Wonderful views of the mountain with its bare granite boulders and wild vegetation, fruit bats flying low and different sounds of birds is an everyday thing. At Eden Hills Residence you can do nothing or do everything. Guests will particularly favor the ample living space and the distinct home-from-home ambiance. Eden Hills have 2 quiet lovely beaches within 5-7 minutes walking distance. Anse Boileau Beach offers you a fairly low tide sea where you can just sit in the water and enjoy the view. Anse Louis beach gives stunning sunset, good for swimming and snorkeling. Some locals even enjoy fishing from the rocks here. This one bedroom apartment consist of a fully equipped kitchen. Oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, blender, lavazza coffee machine, rice cooker. Bathrobe, hair-dryer, beach-towel and bag, safe- box, iron is also available in your room and all bathroom amenities. As private entertainment in your apartment you have cable TV, Bose Bluetooth speaker, playing cards, unlimited WIFI, free local calls. The reception has a variety of books you can borrow. Eden Hills Residence provide daily maid service and turn down, 1.5 liter of mineral water per person daily, free tea and coffee. When you arrived your fridge will have a welcome food and beverage starter pack and a seasonal fruit bowl. Once on site we can help you with organizing car rental, sightseeing, hiking, scuba diving , snorkeling and many more activities. We do recommend renting a car to make moving around easier. If you are not comfortable with driving there are bus stops within 5 minutes walking. Bus fare is SR7 per person this must be the cheapest worldwide. Taking the bus is safe, easy and adventurous. Within a fifteen minutes drive you will be able to eat at about 6 different restaurants or cafe, and within 5 minutes we have a superb caterer that can provide local dinner delivery to your apartment. Or you can cook your selection of fresh local fishes, fruit and vegetable. At Eden Hills Residence we go out of our way to provide a memorable holiday to our guests. Mit Abstand das beste Airbnb in dem wir je waren. Sauberkeit, Lage, Ambiente, Ausstattung und Service hervorragend. Bei unserer Ankunft war der Kühlschrank prall gefüllt und es fehlte an nichts, sogar Sekt, Wein und Bier standen parat. Da neben auch viele Snacks, Obst und alles was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt. Wir waren sprachlos! Sehr freundliche Begrüßung, flexibler Check-in und Service (Danke nochmal an Veronique und Asela die hervorragende Arbeit leisten und zudem sehr freundlich zu und waren). Die Privatsphäre wird hier sehr hoch geschrieben. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und wird täglich gereinigt. Der Gärtner ist Topp und stets für ein kleinen Smalltalk zu haben. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Wenn wir noch einmal auf Mahe Urlaub machen, würden wir das Eden Hills auf jeden Fall immer wieder buchen. Exceeded our expectations. Lovely welcome of fruit, wine beer etc. The Apartment had everything ——-comfortable bed, great shower, coffee machine, garden area with access to the pool, Weber gas BBQ, ——- in fact anything one thought of, it was there . The apartment was cleaned daily with fresh towels etc as required. Rachel was very friendly and organised car hire from a local company for us. Highly recommend.
Probablement ma meilleure expérience airbnb ! Tout d'abord, la résidence : nichée sur les hauteurs, on est au calme tout en étant à proximité de toutes les commodités. Les extérieurs sont particulièrement bien aménagés, le petit jardin est magnifique, luxuriant et vous plonge immédiatement dans une ambiance tropicale paradisiaque. La piscine est très agréable et parfaitement entrenue. Nous avions l'appartement en rez-de-jardin et avons pu profiter de repas avec une vue plus qu'agreable. L'intérieur ne manque de rien en termes d'équipements et est décoré avec beaucoup de goût. On se sent bien à la minute où on rentre. Et puis, il y a aussi, et surtout, l'accueil ultra chaleureux et le service exceptionnel de Rachel, fait de nombreuses petites attentions (cocktail d'accueil, frigo rempli...). Une prestation très haut de gamme ! Enfin, un mot pour le chef privé "à domicile" que suggère Rachel : il nous a régalé deux fois par ses repas et sa bonne humeur communicative. Bref, je recommande à 100%.
We had a wonderful stay! Hard to imagine that it will get any better. Rachel and her team were always very supportive. We received a lot of little surprises like juice, fruits or sweets. The Condo was very clean, wide opened and welcomed us with every square foot. Just awesome Thank you for having us. We will come back! Anna and Christian

Eden Hills Residence is a private and quiet surroundings. You are with nature here. Short walk to the beach and easy to go around.
A rental car is recommended but you can also do as the locals and take the public buses.
