Staying in Tim's House was phantastic. It was everything we were looking for. Ideal to relax and enjoy nature. Communication with Tim was easy and we even got some self made bread, which was delicious. 100% recommendation.

Words cannot describe how much we loved it here. The host was very helpful and made check in and finding the place super easy. The house was exceptionally clean. Property access to the New river and beach area was our favorite. Sandy beach areas, huge rocks, and crystal clear water. My 3 year old son had a blast doing all the outdoor things! We fished in the pond and enjoyed bird watching. My husband loves birds and enjoyed the binoculars provided. The king sized bed was super comfy. The kitchen has all you need to cook meals. We will definitely be visited this hidden gem again soon !

My son and I loved staying here. The setting is absolutely beautiful and the inside of the house is updated and nicely decorated. The fresh baked cookies were a plus! The best part of it was the location - right by the Little River and their pond. We caught 6 fish! Tim helped my son rig his fishing pole to fish in the river and supplied him with the weights to do so. That was above and beyond what we expected. We got some very tasty pizza and wings from the pizza place just down the road in Sparta. I would definitely recommend this place for the serenity, the recreation, and the hosts!

We wanted to find a place peaceful, safe and adventurous and we did it! There are several things you can do at their home! Fishing, visiting the New River, walking and exploring the wilderness, visiting the small town nearby and our favorite, the Fire pit! We loved it!
