This apartment is pretty basic, but we appreciated that it had a loft area with 2 single beds - so that was great for our family of 4. Be mindful that to access the loft, you must go up a steep set of circular stairs - probably not appropriate for kids younger than 5. Apartment is pretty close to the shuttle stop that goes to Mountain House ski area of Keystone.

After a long day of skiing and snowboarding all one wants is a good nights sleep. That is impossible with the bed this place has supplied. It is like sleeping on just box springs. The place was clean and in a good location. The fire place did not work half the time we were there. We believe it was low on propane. When we called the front desk we were told a work order would be put in for somebody to come and look at the fireplace. Unfortunately we were not able to schedule a time for somebody to come out and replace the propane tank because we were going to be on the mountain skiing all day.

Place is smaller then it looks in pics. A few light bulbs were out place was very dark not enough lighting. Toilet ran continuously until my husband fixed it. All the furniture is outdated and uncomfortable except one of the couches. The master bed was harder than a rock and unfortunately I couldn’t sleep a wink, went to couch around 1am but it was also hard and uncomfortable. Thankfully there was enough pillows I’ll give them that but the blankets they had looked 40 years old and also we’re not enough. It made the next day dogsledding miserable because nobody got any good sleep.. we actually left a day early so we did not have to stay there another night because I was worried about not being able to sleep again. The map they give you at check in is not helpful took us 30 minutes to find our unit. This was definitely the worst Airbnb I’ve ever experienced unfortunately. The only good thing about this place is that it’s very close to skiing so if you don’t really care about the bed or being comfortable this is the place for you.

The place was a little older, but nice. Using Red Awning, it was impossible to actually reach anyone to answer any questions before we arrived at the facility. We paid for a condo that could accommodate 5 adults but there was only one working bathroom instead of two. There were no concessions offered to make up for the lack of facilities. Otherwise, this area of Colorado was beautiful.
