Mariah's unit has everything needed for a comfortable stay and is located just outside the hustle of Prescott. The area is very quiet and if you sneak a peek beside the property the night view of Prescott is stunning.
Very cute, cozy and comfortable. Good location just out of downtown Prescott. Very clean and well supplied kitchen. Mariah is a very professional and friendly host. Will definitely return!
Comfortable and cozy place. So close to everything but in a quiet peaceful residential neighborhood. It wasn’t necessary during our stay but felt comfortable reaching out to our host if we needed anything.
It was the weekend we needed. we needed to be out of the hustle but close enough to go into town for a few fun things. Such a quiet and relaxing little place. We felt that we could have lived there as it felt as if we were right at home. Don't think twice, just book and you will love it!
What a lovely stay! Mariah's place is tranquil and beautifully appointed, and the private courtyard is perfect for morning coffee. Very much looking forward to another visit one day soon!

Reliable and devoted....hardworking, fun, sincere and self-confident .... Our community here in Prescott is yours to enjoy ...I take great pride in making your stay fun and enjoyable. My motto : It isn't a real estate investment strategy for me ... it is a hospitality business for you...Serving comfort to all my guest that stay! The little things I try to do and not do..Ring at the front door only first time you enter I don't bother with it..NO cameras inside th I do not control my guests A/C it's yours while you stay.. I have everything you can think of to need on a vacation Complimentary water and food items I have plenty of towels..Currently my guests have a comfy courtyard to sit and enjoy the sun or shade with a great book and a glass of wine..I'm in process of going further and making a secret garden where you can bbq in a place of grandiose, should be ready in the spring of 2023..I don't have extra fees, you can check in early and stay later if it's available I do not have extra fees you can check in early and out late if there’s availability ....
