Rose was very good communicating with me in advance and to coordinate my arrival. She had a great suggestion for a local restaurant, Laragh Lodge, and advised me to arrive before the time they stop taking orders. Upon arrival, she checked me into a larger room (a family suite) than I had booked because there was an issue with the other (not sure what it was.) Everything was clean, although the mattress on the large bed is ready for replacement. Otherwise, it was a quiet and peaceful night of sleep. It should be noted that while this is a B&B, breakfast when booked through AirBnB is continental. The area has nearby hiking, and the following morning I was able to go back to Laragh Lodge, where they had encouraged me to use their trail to see the waterfalls. Although it was a little foggy/drizzly, it was still easy to appreciate the setting of this B&B in the glen. Great scenery!

Ruime kamer met eigen badkamer in rustige omgeving met uitzicht op de bergen. Mogelijkheid tot typisch Iers ontbijt tegen meerprijs van £5. Dicht bij de kust en de bergen gelegen. Heel vriendelijke en gastvrije hosts.

Stayed as a guest at a wedding reception at the nearby Kilmore house. Rose was the perfect host and couldn’t have been more accommodating. Facilities were faultless and breakfast was spot on.
