Large rooms with neutral tones create a wonderful bright and spacious atmosphere perfectly complemented by eye catching splashes of colours from luxurious tones of gold and black to vibrant blues all tied together with elegant touches of detail.<br>6 Persons outdoor Spa also lovely in the winter time. The Spa/Jacuzzi is heated for clients while they are at the property.<br><br>Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service: All towels and linen included in the rental. Unless agreed otherwise, the maid cleans Tuesdays and Thursdays for 4 hours, and 6 hours Saturday as standard, but more hours can be arranged.<br><br>Linen is changed weekly and towels are charged Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Babysitting and outside catering can be arranged - advance notice required.<br><br>All towels and sunbathing towels available for 8 persons.<br><br>Amenities/Facilities: Barbecue, Outdoor kitchen, Private Pool with Pool Heating (at renters expense), Parking on property in own garage-for two cars+ outside parking space. Music system (Sonos) with indoor and outdoor speakers.<br><br>Outside A mature garden surrounds the villa, giving privacy and quiet. A gardener visits 2 times weekly to maintain the plants and pool. Large south facing terraces on several levels: Pool area includes large private swimming pool ( 10*5m) with sun loungers. Lounge area - close to the pool + Lounge area on balcony first floor. Luxury garden furnitures and loungers.<br><br>Outdoor shower.<br><br>The house is equipped with alarm system.<br><br>Guest house:<br><br>As mentioned above the guest house has a bedroom with two single beds that can be arranged as a double. En suite bathroom with shower and Wc. A small kitchen and seating area.
