The facilities were not as advertised. PROBLEMS: 1. The front door was SO DIFFICULT to use, took us ages to get in and out every single time. In addition, the door did not feel safe whatsoever, and being two female travellers this did not put our mind at ease. 2. We asked for two single beds, and were given one double bed and a TERRIBLE sofa bed that made SO much noise and my back is ruined. 3. The cooking utensils were limited and broken. The pan was unusable, no oven tray, no spatula, and the dishwasher did not work. In addition, there was no condiments whatsoever (basics such as salt, pepper and oil) which made it extremely difficult to cook. 4. The hairdryers promised to us on the advert were both BROKEN, which left us without a hairdryer. 5. The boiler was tiny, so the amount of hot water you could use in one go was limited. 6. The curtains were broken. 7. Shower door was broken and hard to fully shut. 8. The majority of the PLUG SOCKETS did not work. 9. WIFI signal was atrocious and unusable. Could barely have a stable connection for more than 5 minutes. 10. Host took a long time when we were trying to check in due to the awful door. 11. The property was not clean at all, and it was extremely dusty. With covid going on, It’s worrying. Overall, would not recommend whatsoever, especially if you’re looking to cook or feel safe. I’ve never experienced an Airbnb this terrible. NEVER AGAIN.
