Lovely hotel by the river, perfectly located a short walk from both the train stations in Interlaken. Breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed spending time in the cafe downstairs. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. Upon arrival we were told we got upgraded to a room with a small balcony overlooking the river. This room is smaller than the one pictured, but the balcony was wonderful. We loved staying here, and hope to come back next time!

As long as you are prepared for stairs you will find this place exactly as described, meticulously clean, very comfortable, quiet and has better than described views. We loved the included breakfast, access to a welcoming guest lounge and the friendliness of the staff. After having time to check out the whole area we felt we stayed in the best place for us. Old town charm, double window views of river and snow capped mountains, easy walk to the station and restaurant’s nearby.

We stayed here for 4 nights so I feel compelled to leave a review. I'm not sure how there's no comments about how uncomfortable the beds are. Me and my partner were severely sore for the first several hours every morning due to the stiffness of the mattress. Also the comforter and pillows were severely rough to the skin. Overall a very poor sleeping experience. The floors were so dirty after wearing a pair of socks for just a moment I noticed tons of debris stuck to the bottom of them. Also, we would hear each footstep of the neighbors and when they unlocked their doors it sometimes seemed like they were unlocking ours, seemed like walls were paper thin. The staff at the cafe were extremely friendly and helpful. The location is great and view is wonderful. Overall the experience seemed much more like a individual hostel room than it did a hotel. Certainly not worth the price we paid per night.

인터라켄 서역에서 조금만 걸어가면 되는 위치입니다. 근처 강뷰를 보며 산책하기에 아주 좋습니다. 화장실은 비교적 좁은 편이고, 샤워실 문이 열고 닫기 불편해요. 라디에이터가 작고 침대와 멀리 떨어져있어 밤에는 공기가 추워요 .. 가을, 겨울에 오시는 분들은 마스크 챙겨오는 걸 추천드립니다. 무료로 제공하는 아침식사가 아주 맛있습니다. 기회가 되면 물가 비싼 스위스에서 아침 챙겨 먹고 나가시는 걸 추천드려요. 직원분들도 친절하게 응대해주셨어요. 다만 나이 든 여자 직원 분은 불친절하다는 인상을 받았습니다. 실수로 문 닫는 걸로 혼나듯이 꾸중 들었습니다. 룸 안에는 냉장고가 따로 없고 0층에 있는 게스트룸? 같은 곳에 냉장고를 사용하셔야 합니다. 이 부분에 대해서 미리 알려주셨으면 좋았겠다는 아쉬움이 들었습니다.
