Beautiful 100 year old house with updated baths and kitchen, 60in TV in living room and 55in TV in main bedroom, enormous back-deck area with fire-pit, beautiful front porch swing and sitting area and a garage that is available for use. The main bedroom has a very comfortable memory foam King size mattress. The other bedroom has a comfortable memory foam full size bed. The house is ideal for the week of the Kentucky Derby. It is one mile away from Churchill Downs and is a beautiful walk on a nice day or a cheap and brief Uber/Lyft ride on a rainy one. You will also notice other houses in the area doing the same thing as this is the most fun time of the year for this area
