Hy and Dani's home was quite possibly the best Airbnb I've ever stayed at—everything in their home is handcrafted with such love and care and the surroundings are so beautiful and peaceful, we wished we could have stayed longer! It was the perfect retreat from the city with our one-year-old. Hy and Dani took time to ensure we had everything we needed. We were amazed by the well-loved cast iron skillets to cook pancake breakfasts, the bathroom was like a spa and the walks to the creek were so remarkable. We even had fun in the small town of Troy—we went bowling at the local bowling alley! It truly was a weekend I'll always remember with my family—what a special place in the mountains.

10 stars x Airbnb is lucky to have this home. Private custom luxury home on acreage with its own creek, swimming hole, sauna & more…in a town that’s been unspoiled. You will feel welcome here & perhaps have the best Airbnb experience of your life. We were surprised because Hy & Dani give you the opportunity to explore their incredible grounds & find treasures not listed. Our Tane was in doggo heaven. We were here during the epic arctic freeze for one month & was just stunned by the beauty, the fires, ice skating on our own private pond, yes really, with views that will mark your soul. Moose, deer, ducks that feel within arms reach all around their paddock glistening in the fog across the water…unreal. Thank you Hy & Dani for the best of times.

An incredible experience in a perfect location. They have built a truly wonderful home that immediately allows you to connect with nature and yourself. Disconnect from the world, slow down and breathe. The sauna is amazing, the kitchen is likely one of the best I’ve cooked in, the bedding is so warm and comfy. You can really see the personal touches they’ve brought to the home. We can’t wait to visit again!
