We (a family of 7-two grandparents, 2 adult children and their spouses, and one 2-year old grandson) stayed at the apartment from April 3 to 11. Our hosts went out of their way to make our stay worry-free (e.g., with detailed pre-arrival instructions on access, nearby parking and local favourite eateries) and memorable (e.g., setting up the rooftop patio furniture outside the usual period to allow for prime viewing of the total solar eclipse on the 8th). The bedrooms (each with its own spotless bathroom) are nicely spaced out to allow for maximum privacy. The location is unmatched. Unlike more "touristy" Old Montreal, the Plateau neighbourhood gives you a truer sense of what living in Montreal is really like- several bars and restos, filled with local residents, are easily reached on foot and the closest Metro station (Sherbrooke) on the orange line is only 500 metres away. The Bell Centre, the central train station, Old Montreal and the Vieux Port are each only a few stops away.

One of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at. Anytime I’m in Montreal I will look to book this place.
