很干净，第一天我们晚到了，晚上周围的店都已经关门了，房东给我们几包方便面。非常感谢。只是民宿在居民区，有点难找。附近买食品很方便，可以自己做晚餐。

Nestled in the serene outskirts of Kathmandu, this Airbnb gem near Nagarjun Forest Reserve exceeded all expectations, offering a delightful retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life. Our three weeks stay was an absolute delight, and we can't recommend this place enough for those seeking a peaceful getaway. The apartment is located in a quiet and very nice neighborhood, close to the Nagarjun Forest Reserve. Although the forest is not easily accessible for day to day living (the main gate is not very close and the entrance can be a bit expensive, especially for foreigners), it is pleasant to see the forest around the neighborhood. Rajendra, the owner, is super communicative and always willing to help you. In addition, he and his wife cook great, putting a lot of love in their dishes and taking care of every detail and ingredient. Probably one of the best dal bhat we have tried (and we spent three months in Nepal, so we tried many) for an affordable price.

We four including my old parents in their late 70s stayed at Rajendra's place and we felt like home. Rajendra proactively contacted much before the check-in day to make sure all our queries are answered. He kept his place very neat and clean (exactly as shown in the pictures) and really helpful in meeting all our requests. He even helped us by providing the suggestions and tips for surrounding places to visit, shopping areas etc. We really grateful to find Rajendra's place at AirBnb which made our short trip to Kathmandu a really enjoyable. We strongly recommend Rajendra's place to all fellow travellers.

The property is the first floor of Rajendra's house, with a separate entrance. There is a kitchen, and two bedrooms. The wifi was stable, and we didn't have a problem with it. The place is located in a residential neighbourhood, about 15 mins by taxi to Thamel area. At night and in the morning it is very quiet, so you can get some good sleep. In the area there are a number of home kitchens and grocery stores. As well as a few nice restaurant - Red Gumba. And if you are willing to walk a bit uphill, there is also Tropical Rest. On the way you are rewarded with nice views of mountains and Kathmandu. Rajendra is a great host and has helped us with buying trekking gear, and planning our trekk.

Highly recomended place. Area is very calm and tidy, air is clean to breath, not very crowded, not much tourism. The host is replying quickly and is very helpful.
