Beautiful, clean apartment in a great location in BGC. Grocery store, Starbucks, restaurants right across the street. Easy walk to anywhere on High Street. Apartment looks like pictures - modern design and bright. Professionally managed with responsive host. Would stay again when in BGC.

Stayed for a month in December at Julia’s and we enjoyed every single day. The place is near all the nice restaurants, bars, stores and a market place just across the street. At 10:30 at night I was able to walk out by myself and get something to eat. Felt very safe walking around the area. The balcony was a nice treat, front and center view of the fireworks every Friday. And a great place to drink our morning tea. The bed was comfortable, and love the sheets and linens are white. It looks clean and smells fresh. We would definitely stay here again if we are to go back to BGC area.

Le logement est tres agreable, lumineux, avec vue sur les buildings environnant et une partie du golf. La résidence est tres bien, belle piscine et personnel tres accueillant. Le quartier est un plaisir pour les restaurants, bars, magasins, malls et entourés de verdure. Julia a ete tres comprehensive et à l'écoute suite à un probleme familial qui nous a obligés à changer nos dates au dernier moment. Je recommande cet appartement.

Julia's place is comfortable and clean. Pleasurable to stay there. The interior design shows that she put a lot of time and effort to make it homey and functional. Love the view from the bedroom where we can see Manila Golf course. The place is guarded, safe and secure. The guards and workers are very respectful. The co-host, Keith, is responsive and very efficient. I would love to stay there again.
